Some things I really liked about this program are how it helped me understand the importance of focusing on my child’s needs during a break-up, gave me practical tools for communicating better with my co-parent and reminded me that managing my own feelings is key to creating a stable environment for my child. It also provided clear guidance on setting-up parenting plans and handling difficult emotions, which made me feel more prepared for the challenges ahead.
