Some things I really liked about this program was the information it provided, the tips and tricks with learning how to work better with your coparent. I also loved how it focused on taking care of yourself, the children, coparenting and moving forward with the new changes. I also loved that it was mostly positive than negative about parents splitting up. I also loved the journal entries.

I found the program to be very insightful and valuable. It covered important topics with clarity and provided practical advice that felt relevant and applicable. The content was presented in a way that was easy to understand and it encouraged reflection on parenting and child development in a meaningful way. Overall, the program reinforced the importance of communication, honesty and support in fostering a healthy environment for children to grow and thrive. I appreciate how it balanced realistic challenges with hopeful, constructive strategies.

I really appreciated how this program focused on practical tools and child-centered planning, even for high-conflict situations. It helped me stay grounded in what's best for our daughters and gave me confidence in building a parenting plan that reflects stability, healing and hope. I also liked how it acknowledged that not all co-parents communicate easily and gave options for parallel parenting and structured solutions. The balance between flexibility and boundaries made the material feel realistic and supportive.

It gave some helpful tips for supporting the children during this time and suggestions for things to do to build healthy habits. I also liked that it gave communication tips and advice on how to create a parenting plan. This program acknowledged that certain environments are not suitable for children and that has been my feelings on it as well.

I think this course went over the basic skills and needs to proceed forward when dealing with a child and divorce so that the child is supported and also things to avoid to help stay away from negative impacts for all parties. The resources they used explained how to be a good parent in an organized manner.
