I really like that this class takes you on a journey of your own childhood prior to going into your child's childhood. This really helps give structure and understanding to how parenting can affect your childs future. I also really like some of the first hand experience videos showing how to co-parent and avoid topics that are not about the child. I think I will effectively use the information about communication with my co-paretn going forward in my life.

I liked all of the activities, journaling and additional resources. I also like that it addressed many questions I had. I really liked how much emphasis was put on the relationship changing and requiring only informational and problem-solving communication to maintain healthy boundaries and focus on supporting the kids.

What I liked about this course is that it allowed me to process some of the things are am currently facing and how to handle it and make the best decision for my child. I love the journal entry because it helped me to think about the difficult season but also make some plans for the future or how to do better.
