I appreciated the TN parent education class for providing practical tools and insights on co-parenting. I liked how the class emphasized the importance of putting the child's needs first, maintaining respectful communication with the other parent and managing conflict in a healthy way. It helped me better understand how to support my child emotionally during this transition and reinforced the value of creating a stable, cooperative parenting environment.

This program helped me in a lot of ways. I feel like I now have a more heightened knowledge and understanding about parenting as a whole, not to mention all of the wonderful bonding moments I got to experience with my daughter through the "Children's Time" activities.
