It just makes me think things through. It’s easy to be led emotionally in these types of circumstances- especially when interaction with the partner you are breaking up with are emotional - you just want to end it and make it stop - this course helped me stop. Breath. Think. Consider beyond the pain of today. Think about my children. Think about my ex husband. Consider all of it in a more intentional way.
