This was a great parenting course. I enjoyed learning from it. I enjoyed the video examples, all of the advice on flexible thinking, managing our emotions, checking ourselves and moderate behaviors. Those are some things that I will definitely be using on my new journey. They’re also amazing tools to teach our kids in general.

What I liked about the co-parenting program is that it helped me reflect on my emotions, communication styles and decision-making processes. It gave me tools to improve my relationship with my co-parent and make better choices for the well-being of my child. The program also helped me focus on flexible thinking, managing emotions and using moderate behaviors in challenging situations, which are all important for creating a healthier co-parenting dynamic.

Honestly this program made me think about some things that I haven't. Ways that I may be coping, ways that my kids may be coping with these changes. I know that as the primary parent I need to make sure that I provide that open space for my girls to talk to me. I know I have to set aside my feelings for their dad and be present for them and their feelings towards their dad.

It’s been helpful to learn how to approach challenging situations with a calm and collaborative mindset. I really enjoyed learning about the emotional progress/stages that people go through during a separation. I liked how the program had kids perspectives on separation and life after, explaining how they feel. I also learned about the different types of abuse that I didn't think were "abuse" and that I was going through some of the abuse stated.

I really liked how this programs gives parenting a different point of view, coming from the child and not only as a parent and the affects our parenting styles will have on our children later on when they’re older. I found everything very useful and will take a lot of it into consideration into changing my parenting into something that will help raise my son into a good man with good morals and respect. It taught me things I didn’t know as a first time parent and will be helpful for me later on as well.
