I like how the questions seemed to hone in on your answers. I thought it would be a very generic course but it asked very specific questions! Questions relevant to my birth story, my child's past (before my co-parent entered situation) and even abuse and abuse on the child by a parent. I really enjoyed this class. Although it was a bit emotional for me, I got through it and believe each parent should have this basic understanding and education.

Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me organize and express the things I already knew in my heart. I’ve always been very hands-on and committed as a parent, but this course gave me space to reflect on everything I’ve done for my son and how important it is to keep showing up for him in the best way possible. It didn’t necessarily teach me anything new, but it reminded me why I care so deeply and helped me put my thoughts into words.
