I appreciated the data driven sections with statistics and scientific explanations and videos. I appreciated the detailed section about abuse. As difficult as some of the journal prompts were, I liked the journal questions. They made me think.

I liked how this program broke down everything into smaller sections. I learned valuable lessons and was even able to share what I learned with my child and my mother. The section about alienation shed some light on my past behavior, and I'm glad I was able to recognize my faults.

This program has taught me that I’m doing my very best with co-parenting. I could use some work in communication and not making it a high level conflict but it’s very difficult. The steps I’ve done to make progress with my co-parent is what I’ve been taught throughout this program. I know I’m not failing and I know I want our kids to have a relationship with both parents. I just wish my co-parent would see the importance in the things I see important for our children.

I liked that the program was sectioned into clear topics and also each page had enough volume to read and take a break, each time when parents are going through these important valuable information; especially that information about sentimental/stressful things that separating/divorcing parents face with their kids involved.

Going through this program helped me to slow down and not respond with my emotions. It is great to help be in control of your emotions. It stresses the importance of the effect that divorce has on children. They need to know that we are focused on what is in their best interest.

I liked how I was able to do it at home, but it was comfortable curriculum to help me understand that there is more than just physical and verbal and emotional abuse but there’s so many more abuses. There’s so much more ways to get help.
