It helped me reflect over the progress I've made as an individual in the process of separation. I was able to see where I am when it comes to acceptance. It also gave good tips and helped me reflect on overall situations and have better understanding to what to look for and how to address things as well as how not to.

The Journaling. I took my Journaling and note taking very seriously throughout this program and I think it's been super helpful in both my understanding of the process but also of myself as it pertains to the process as a whole. I liked that even if things were hard to hear, they were necessary to hear and it all seemed valuable and important.

I liked that the videos reinforced the reading material. I do think the questions along the way were helpful. Some of the paragraphs to write were challenging and the time it took me to respond was longer than I expected, but I understand they were an important part of the process.

I really appreciated the space this program created for honest reflection and personal growth. It gave me the opportunity to slow down and really think about what kind of parent and co-parent I want to be. I liked how the questions challenged me to dig deeper, not just into the logistics of parenting, but into the emotional and relational layers that matter most. I also liked that the program emphasized communication, healing and the importance of putting our child's needs first. It reminded me that co-parenting is not just about schedules, it's about showing up with love, empathy and intention. I walk away from this experience with more clarity, a stronger sense of purpose and new tools that will support my journey as both a parent and a partner in raising a beautiful, thriving child.

I like the different videos that were presented, and how it broke down many children emotions from dealing with this experience. This program provided me with a lot of knowledge that I can apply to my situation I am right now. The different tactics how the process to deal with my child's feelings finding different tactics to get them through this process was very helpful.

I appreciated how this program helped me slow down and reflect on both my emotional journey and my role as a co-parent. The way each unit built on the last made it easier to process my experiences, especially the parts about grief, resilience and understanding conflict. I really liked the tools and examples - they felt practical and gave me real strategies I could apply, not just theories. Most of all, I liked how the program helped me focus on what’s best for my children, while also reminding me that my well-being matters too. It gave me a sense of direction during a time that felt very uncertain.

It really made me think of other parts in our relationship that I never knew I needed to think of. It made me want to plan things and hear her out better to succeed in raising our daughter. It made me want to also plan better ideas for my daughter to also guide her better through life.

I like the insight on how to do things after a break up with kids is very helpful, especially when parents don't end on greatest terms. Helping understand that the kids come first and creating a plan from that helps create guidelines for each parent that might not have been aware of.
