I really liked going through this program because it did bring a lot of things to my attention that I can improve on. I think we all want to believe that we’re doing the right thing as parents, but this brought some light to a few things that would be better for the children to me.

It was very informative. It was easy to understand with a lot of real life circumstances. The letter from the child video was extremely eye opening as an adult. It was very powerful.

This program incorporates a lot of the same principles that my therapist has taught me, which I enjoy. This class also confirmed that my choices to leave were correct, validation is an excellent thing to get even if you already know that your choice was correct.

Much clarity was provided around best practice for co-parenting and how to to ensure to do our best (my co-parent and I) to make parenting decisions together versus through the courts as this will alleviate an incredible amount of stress from the children and us.
