There are various things I enjoyed about this program. This might sounds kind of silly, but I really enjoyed all of the little quotes that pertained to the subject we were on. I think they can hold a lot of power to them especially when it’s something you can learn from. I also think I could use some of them as a statement to calm down or have a little reminder to get me back on track. I also really liked how there were many opportunities to write our thoughts and be able to participate. I think this program gave the opportunity to start practicing the four big skills and it helped me think a little more on how to work/deal with my co-parent
