Some things I really liked about this program are how it focused on putting children’s needs first and how it gave practical strategies for co-parenting after a break-up. I really liked the way it is set up. The class explains about types of conflict and past trauma and what perspective the child has on a high conflict co-parenting relationship. It explains and gives you the tools to be able to co-parent better and deal with conflict and agreements. I learned a lot about making a really good plan that will be fair to everyone. I want to be able to work better with my co-parent to help my child to have a happy healthy life and reduce ACE's in her life.
