Some things I really liked about the online parenting program were: 1. Clear guidance – the program explained co-parenting concepts and strategies in a way that was easy to understand. 2. Practical tips – I appreciated the concrete steps for communication, managing conflict and supporting my children. 3. Self-reflection exercises – the worksheets and questions helped me think about my own parenting style and how to improve. 4. Focus on the children – the program consistently emphasized the children’s needs and best interests, which was very helpful. 5. Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me understand co-parenting from both perspectives and stay focused on what’s best for my child. I also appreciated how it explained communication skills, emotional awareness and conflict resolution in simple, real-life terms. The examples and videos made it easier to connect the lessons to my own situation and I liked that it encouraged growth, accountability and flexibility as a parent.

This class was very in depth in how it covered topics like the coparent's childhood, values, emotional processes and recovery, conflict resolution and how children process and can be affected by divorce and their different stages and needs. I love all the details that help guide us away from conflict and towards focusing on a positive future where we work together.
