I really appreciated how this program helped me understand healthy communication and boundaries in co-parenting. The lessons on trauma responses and emotional regulation were eye-opening and made me more aware of how my reactions affect my child. I also liked the practical tools, like using “I” statements and setting clear boundaries. Overall, it helped me feel more confident, calm and focused on creating a peaceful environment for my daughter.

Some things I really liked about this program were the opportunities it gave me to slow down and really think about what’s best for my children—not just in theory, but in daily, practical ways. The program helped me understand how my words, emotions and choices affect my children’s sense of security and well-being. I appreciated that it didn’t focus on blame, but instead encouraged self-awareness, cooperation, and communication. I also liked how the lessons offered realistic tools for managing conflict and keeping conversations focused on the children, even when co-parenting feels difficult. The examples and worksheets helped me see how planning ahead—especially through the parenting plan—can reduce stress and prevent misunderstandings later on. Most of all, I liked that the program reminded me that even though our family structure has changed, I can still be a positive, steady and loving influence in my children’s lives. It gave me hope and practical steps to move forward in a healthier way, both for myself and for them.

Some things I really liked about this program: 1. It explained legal terms like custody, mediation, and collaborative law in a clear and simple way. 2. The journal entries helped me reflect on what I learned and how it applies to real-life situations. 3. The focus on the child’s best interests and healthy co-parenting was very valuable. 4. The mix of videos, readings, and questions kept me engaged. 5. It gave practical advice on communication and managing emotions during stressful times.

Some things I really liked about this program I really appreciated how this program helped me focus on my children’s needs during such a difficult and emotional time. It gave me practical tools and real life examples that made me feel more prepared to co parent in a healthy, child centered way. I liked learning how to communicate better with my co parent, how to manage conflict without putting the kids in the middle, and how to build routines that help my children feel safe and secure. Most of all, I valued the opportunity to reflect on my parenting, set goals, and feel supported in making positive changes for the future of my family.
