The way it helped me reflect on my parenting style and the importance of keeping my children's best interests at the center of every decision. I appreciated having space to think through real life situations, especially around communication, routines and co-parenting challenges. It gave me tools to handle things with more emotional maturity and reminded me that I’m not alone in trying to build a healthy, peaceful future for my kids. It also helped me feel more confident in setting boundaries and choosing what’s best for my children, not just what’s convenient.

Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me understand the importance of clear communication and putting the kids first. I've aready dealt with a lot of the issues, but if I was new at this, I would have to say it has every thing I think someone needs to know about a divorce and how it effects kids. I would say it has great info for alot of people who have never been through this before.

The content was well-organized and easy to understand. I appreciated the emphasis on the children's emotional needs and the variety of dispute resolution methods explained clearly (negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, litigation). The journal prompts helped me reflect on my own situation meaningfully.

This experience has helped me become more reflective, not just about the divorce but in general. I truly appreciate the knowledge I’ve gained. Looking back, I wish I had accessed this resource earlier - it likely would have helped me navigate challenging situations more effectively.
