Steven T.

I really appreciated the videos that accompanied each unit. The course is packed with information and really should be the standard for someone starting the divorce process. For me, I think I am coming to the end of the process and the GAL suggested that we may need to take a course. I have taken this one proactively and I do not regret that decision.

4 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 24, 2026

April R.

One of the biggest things I learned from this course is that many of the communication and parenting strategies we discussed would have been valuable while I was still in a two-parent household. It made me realize that healthy communication, mutual respect, and keeping children's emotional well-being at the center of parenting are important whether parents are together or apart.

June 24, 2026

Samantha C.

I really liked that it included education on how to help my children adjust and how to be a more present parent. I liked that there were so many examples on how to navigate different situations and ways to avoid conflict all together. Sometimes I have blamed my co-parent for the conflict, but now I know how to stop it before I let it escalate due to my own emotional dysregulation.

12 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict

June 24, 2026

Aubrey R.

It tried really hard to keep things focused on what you can control, rather than what the other parent can control. It tried to center learning on the sphere of influence, and trying to do the best that you can to heal moving forward, and make things healthy for your kid.

4 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 23, 2026

Matthew B.

I appreciated that the program used journaling and reflection rather than just lectures, since writing things out made me actually think through my own situation, instead of passively absorbing information. The focus on keeping the kids out of the middle, and on what I can control, rather than on the other parent, was practical and stuck with me. I also found the framing of co-parenting as a working partnership helpful, and the reminders that the adjustment process isn't a straight line took some pressure off.

6 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 23, 2026

Nekia W.

One of the things I appreciated most about this program, was that the questions encouraged me to take the information being presented, and apply it to my own family's situation. In doing so, it challenged me to consider my children's perspective and their experience of the divorce process, rather than focusing solely on my own. I also found it helpful that the program normalized many of the emotions and challenges I have been navigating.

4 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 22, 2026

Luis O.

This course really helped me step back and focus completely on what matters most: my daughter's happiness and peace of mind. It showed me how important it is to keep all the adult drama and disagreements entirely away from her so she can just be a kid and feel safe, instead of caught in the middle. I've realized that setting up a solid, clear parenting plan - and keeping things completely calm and business - like when communicating with her mom - is the absolute best way to cut out the stress and conflict.

12 Hour - High-Conflict Co-Parenting - Co-Parenting Without Conflict

June 22, 2026

Selena R.

I like being able to know that a lot of people go through divorce and parenting time changes, and it has to become about only our children at some point, and things will change but it takes time and sometimes the courts to be involved. I like that the co-parent who refuses to communicate, will have to take this class and maybe just maybe it will help.

I liked learning about mediation and how making reasonable proposals can help parents reach agreements.

4 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 22, 2026

Trevino T.

I really liked that the program reinforced a lot of what we already figured out during mediation. It was a solid reminder to treat things strictly business, and focus entirely on the stability of my two kids. It gave some good practical pointers on how to avoid unnecessary drama, which lines up perfectly with my overall goal of just sticking to the schedule we already built and keeping everything running smoothly for them.

6 Hour - Co-Parenting / Divorce Class

June 22, 2026

Meredith S.

I really liked that the course was practical and gave me actual things I can do and say with my kids. The videos with real children talking about their experiences were really powerful and made everything feel more real. I also appreciated the sections on attachment and what kids need at different ages because it helped me think specifically about what my children might need right now rather than just kids in general. The communication and conflict sections were also really useful even though my situation makes a lot of it hard to apply right now.
