I liked how thorough the chapters were. I also appreciated the journal entry prompts because a lot of them allowed for expansion on my thought process and not just a black and white answer. The final chapter on DV and IPV was especially useful and really solidified a lot of things for me. This program invites participation, but still allows for individuals to put in the effort they are capable of and I think that's an intelligent design. The amount of information you can gain from it scales with the amount of effort you put into it.
