I liked that the information was so easy to understand and very organized in a way that helped me understand the best way I could. I appreciate that it helped me reflect on not only my past relationship with my co-parent but also how it affects the general well being of my children whether we think about it in that moment or not and those moment of reflection are very necessary in the healing process.

Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools it gave for staying calm, keeping communication focused on the child and understanding how kids experience separation at different ages. I appreciated how it broke things down into simple steps and gave real examples that made the ideas easier to apply in real life. It helped me think ahead, stay intentional and focus on creating stability for my child even in a difficult season.

Some of the things that I really liked about this program are all the resources and tools that I did not know existed, especially being new to the whole process of coparenting. Is amazing how much help is out there and available to those who need it - this was a self help, self learning and I am grateful for having learned all that I’ve learned through this whole course.
