What I appreciated about this course were the "Surge Protector" and "BIFF" ideas: breaking down big, heavy psychological concepts into everyday ideas, like keeping a relationship from blowing a fuse or keeping texts short and factual, made the tools instantly clickable and easy to use.

Something I liked about this course is that is self paced. I got to review things I did not quite understand the first time. It is interactive. I love answering questions from the video examples. I enjoyed being able to input my thoughts during the class in the text boxes and question prompts. It was nice having all the information right there. I was able to save things for reference later. I appreciated being able to download some of the legal documents and review them before hand.

How vital it is that you communicate to your children how much you love them and that the divorce isn't because of anything that they did.
