Some things I really liked about this module were that it focused on practical things I can actually control as a parent instead of focusing on everything that has gone wrong or things I can't change. I especially liked the concepts of resilience, self-efficacy, authoritative parenting, mindfulness and moving from being a "fixer" to more of a coach as my kids get older. I also liked the emphasis on keeping children out of adult conflict and giving them permission to have healthy relationships with both parents.
