The program was very informative, it made you think about your life, your family's lives as well as those that you interact on a daily bases in society with an open minded approach to understanding that what you are just seeing in the moment may not be all of what you see and what you think is going on with that person. This programs helps you to understand that there are layers that run deeper than what you just see that is presented in front of you. I also like that within this program it also gives you a lot of helpful resources that you can use to help yourself, to help further your studies, as well as helping you to be better equipped to help others around you as while.
