The class helped me understand my child’s needs better and focus on protecting their emotional well-being. I appreciated learning about ambiguous loss, resilience, and flexible thinking — these concepts really helped me make sense of my feelings. I really appreciated how practical and concrete this program was. The videos and examples were realistic — showing actual conversations between co-parents, both the wrong way and the right way, made the skills much easier to understand and apply. I found the sections on communication and conflict especially helpful: the idea of treating co-parenting as a "limited business partnership," the five types of post-divorce relationships, the difference between the three kinds of conflict, and the six-step problem-solving approach all gave me clear, usable tools rather than just general advice.
