Some things I really liked about this program are how practical and applicable the tools were to real-life co-parenting situations. The program provided clear strategies for managing conflict, improving communication, and focusing on what is best for the child. I also appreciated the focus on keeping things child-centered. It consistently reinforced the importance of stability, emotional support, and creating a positive environment for my child, which aligned with my priorities as a parent. Another thing I liked was learning about different approaches, such as parallel parenting. Understanding that co-parenting does not always require full cooperation was helpful and made the process feel more realistic and manageable.
