Some of the things that I really liked about this program are all the resources and tools that I did not know existed, especially being new to the whole process of coparenting. Is amazing how much help is out there and available to those who need it - this was a self help, self learning and I am grateful for having learned all that I’ve learned through this whole course.

Some things I really liked about this program were how it helped me slow down and think about my child’s needs first, even in stressful situations. I appreciated that it explained co-parenting from both emotional and practical perspectives, and gave real examples of how to handle communication and conflict in a healthy way. I also liked that the program encouraged self-reflection — it helped me see areas where I can improve, while reminding me of the things I’m already doing right as a parent. Overall, it gave me useful tools to stay focused on what really matters: providing a safe, stable, and loving environment for my child.

Some things I really liked about this program were how real and helpful the lessons were. It gave me a better understanding of myself and my emotions and helped me see new ways to handle co parenting with more peace and patience I liked how each section focused on both taking care of myself and my children and how it reminded me to keep their needs first This program helped me grow as a parent and gave me tools I can really use in everyday life.

I really like how it went over different forms of communication. How it broke down how to properly communicate with a coparent. It also really hit home with the video of the kid telling how divorce made them feel. I felt the same way as a kid and I want to make sure our kids don’t feel the same.

I gave information that I could use, but since we have been separated for over 5 years and have parenting time/plans in place already, much of it was not of great help. But it did allow myself and my ex to know we were doing pretty good and it gave us ideas on how to handle some things better and that we might want to talk with our children a little more about the divorce/separation.
