I liked that it asked about my own part in the conflicts rather than just teaching techniques. It's easy to think about what my co-parent does wrong; the questions here kept turning it back on me. I also liked that it separated what's frustrating for me from what's actually harmful to my daughter — those aren't the same thing and I'd been treating them as if they were. The letter to my child was the part that stuck with me most.
