It made me think about conflict resolution both in terms of the relationship with my co-parent and all social relationships. It also was insightful to be told the signs of stressors in school aged children. Some of them I knew and others I did not recognize previously.

It is very informative especially for parents being for their first time in this situation, not knowing legal terms or not having guidance. I REALLY liked the legal part of the program, more precisely the part where there was one judge and one lawyer, explaining situations from their perspective and from their experience. That made the whole approach very tangible.
