Clear explanations about different co-parenting challenges and how to handle them, which made complex topics easier to understand. Focus on the child’s well-being throughout the course, reminding me to keep their needs and feelings at the center of all decisions.

It gave me lots of good ideas on how to coparent and how I can be better. I really liked how it says you need to focus on getting your own mental health better in order to be a better parent. It also helped me understand some of the processes and issue with divorice. Overall, it made me feel more prepared to co-parent effectively.

Some things I really liked about this program are how it helped me better understand the emotions and challenges of co-parenting. It provided practical tools for communication and conflict resolution that I can use in real life. I also appreciated the focus on putting the children’s needs first and learning how to support them through changes. Overall, it gave me hope and confidence to work toward a healthier family situation.

I only wish I would’ve taken it sooner. It helped me to recognize the areas that I’ve been reactive and could be perceived as the high conflict co parent and ways to not only cope but possible even help prevent further issues. I really appreciate this class.

I liked the information on understanding the stages of the break-up was very helpful to see where my co-parent and I are in the process. I feel like this class gave me a better understanding of how our conflicts affect our children and gave me tools to try to stop the cycle of conflict.
