The step by step approach to the initial thoughts to how to be successful in each unit. I like that the sections were broken down to different aspects of divorce with children. I like the end of unit handouts that review all of the information. I like the parenting plan handout and that we can include it in our divorce documents.

I appreciated how the program helped me reflect deeply on my role as a parent and co-parent. It offered practical tools for managing conflict, improving communication and putting the children’s needs first. I especially valued the emotional guidance it provided helping me navigate the pain of separation while staying focused on healing and growth for the sake of my children. It gave me clarity, hope and a renewed sense of purpose as a father.

I liked the way that it frames the childs needs as first priority. I also enjoyed the perspective of phases during a breakup, for the co-parents and for the children.

It opened my mind and views on how both parents can either be negative or positive. The best way to be is positive for the children even if both parents are not together.

I really liked the self reflection for the process of divorce. I am going to revisit this program when I am feeling that I need a reminder of how I can work on myself and reflect on things that are relevant to right now. I liked the positive communication education and I think that it would be helpful even in every day interactions with others.

I think that there are alot of people who need this to work toward a better furture for them and their children. I feel like we all grow differently and some people need a reminder that the kids are watching and we have to set an example to the next generation to come.

I liked hearing stories/accounts of other parents that have gone through this process. At times, although this is very new to me, I feel alone during the process and nervous of what is ahead. Hearing what other people have gone through gives me hope and it's also reassuring to know the thoughts/feelings that I have are 'normal'.
