I liked the way the program was laid out. It's structured in a way to check-in with the attendee, make sure they are doing well, then work into how to best handle the kids, then the co-parent, then finally, the process itself. I thought that was a great way to go about it vs jumping right into the legal processes, explanations, etc. I also liked how the course was provided in predominately video format vs text. There's a lot of good info here and if solely written down would likely get missed.

What I liked was that it helped me better understand my emotions and realize that many of the reactions and feelings I've had are normal. I liked that the entire focus is on the well-being of children and how our decisions and attitudes as parents can help them adapt better. I also appreciated that the program promotes communication, calmness, and respect and encourages reflection before acting.

This program was very informative and somewhat fascinating. I do enjoy psychology as a subject and it was great to help connect some wires in my brain correctly to give my children the best version of myself they can receive. I appreciated this course greatly.

I enjoyed all the journal/reflection entries between the sessions as well as hearing real case scenarios in the videos. I enjoyed the handouts that were linked to each of the units and all the resources and articles attached to these units as well.
