I really liked the presentation of materials with a mix of videos, text and journaling sections; also the play button at the top of each section so it could have the text read aloud to you. This was very helpful in keeping me engaged and allowing me to use a cell phone and an iPad rather than have to sit at a desk the entire time. Also the material was very informative - I wish that I had signed up for this class months ago - that could’ve been very helpful in educating me earlier in this separation process.
