This course provides some valuable information - parallel parenting and parenting plans give structure and reduce conflict, which is especially valuable when emotions run high. Understanding what cortisol does in the brain helps you see why stress can make communication harder and why emotion regulation matters so much. That kind of insight turns reactions into choices.

I liked how the program explained the BIFF method, because it is already a communication method I have been using myself and it reinforced the importance of staying calm, factual, and solution-focused during conflict.
