It gave me a few ideas how to better my co-parenting skills, although much of the lessons and suggestions were things I was already doing. It reassured me though that it is best to stick to just the topic of our child, as I often have, and that enforcing that boundary with the other parent is best.

Some things I really liked about this program were how practical and realistic it was. It didn’t just focus on theory — it gave real tools for managing communication, conflict and emotional regulation. I appreciated how much emphasis was placed on keeping children out of the middle and understanding how transitions affect them emotionally. I also liked that the program encouraged self-reflection. It made me pause and think about how I handle stress, how I communicate, and how I can continue improving as a parent. The focus on structure, consistency and stability really reinforced what I already believe is important for children during separation. Overall, I found the program helpful in strengthening my awareness and giving me concrete steps to be more intentional moving forward.

I also deeply valued the lessons on redefining forgiveness and accountability; learning that forgiveness is a tool for my own peace, rather than an excuse for someone else's behavior, was incredibly empowering.
