I really appreciated the structure of this program, as it provided a clear and organized framework that helped me stay focused. The journal entries were especially valuable because they allowed me to express my thoughts and feelings in a safe space, helping me process emotions and gain clarity. Being able to reflect on my experiences in this way was both therapeutic and empowering and it really helped me understand my own journey better.

I loved how there were videos with other parents going through similar situation narrate their experiences and also videos of children expressing their feelings about divorce and how it affects them. I enjoyed logging into the journal entries as the course progressed. It was very informative and it was nice knowing that there are ample resources out there if needed.

The program thoroughly explained the process of separation, the effects it has on the parents and children, the problems to address and the different methods and routes of coparenting. I felt anxious before the course, but now I feel capable and knowledgeable to act confidently in this separation for the best interests of our daughter. Thank you!

I now see why this was mandatory even though we have already been co-parenting for almost 3 years. The education side of this and seeing other peoples perspectives was helpful.

It gave me some insight on how children process things differently and how no one child is the same when parenting. I feel I have learned that as a parent that I need to be a little less strict and allow kids to be kids. They need to feel safe and secure in their home and not feel like they need to hide their feelings with me. I want my kids to feel like they can come to me for anything and I'll listen and help if needed.

Some things I really liked about this program were how straightforward it was and how it made me think about the kids’ needs in a clearer way. It helped me slow down, look at my own reactions and understand how certain choices affect the children. I also liked that it gave practical steps I can actually use, not just ideas.

I thought there were a lot of good resources that I can use to further my education. I also thought the handouts were practical and helpful and I will be saving them and referencing them in the future. I thought the "journal style" was helpful in that I was able to slow down, digest the information and reflect on my thoughts and feelings through the class.

I liked that the information was so easy to understand and very organized in a way that helped me understand the best way I could. I appreciate that it helped me reflect on not only my past relationship with my co-parent but also how it affects the general well being of my children whether we think about it in that moment or not and those moment of reflection are very necessary in the healing process.

Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools it gave for staying calm, keeping communication focused on the child and understanding how kids experience separation at different ages. I appreciated how it broke things down into simple steps and gave real examples that made the ideas easier to apply in real life. It helped me think ahead, stay intentional and focus on creating stability for my child even in a difficult season.
