There are so many things I appreciated about this program. I really appreciated the videos. I am a very visual person and I was really able to reflect on my behavior and where I needed to improve and still can improve. There are certain things that I still need to improve upon. This program has certainly given me tools to grow upon to better myself as a parent and co-parent. There are so many additional tools I have now to guide and empower my children with the Big 4.

How I opened my eyes and saw the world in the darkness and light that can lead the parents and children and we have to work together to have a sunshine of success in co-parenting! I really encourage parents to take this co-parenting courses it really does have different views of knowing knowledge.

The scenarios were believable. The guidance from the doctors. All of the information about how to communicate with the co-partner when you are still angry with them. What is most important to the child.

My favorite things that I learned were the BIFF response techniques and the 4 Big Skills. I see the longest potential out of them in and out of relationships going forward. I learned the importance of being in control of my emotions and why they can be contagious and how that can possibly affect me, my co-parent and my kids poorly if handled wrong. It was also equally interesting to find out about the science behind everything going on especially in terms of child development and how the conflict was affecting them. If I'm being honest, I also learned a lot about myself as well. I was already in therapy and learning about some of my own personal issues, but this course definitely put a spotlight on some of my trouble areas.
