Something that I liked about the program was how it informed parents how to help children with being depressed and gave great information about suicide. I like that it taught me ways to deal with co-parent but also myself. It taught me how to use flexible thinking and moderate behavior dealing with situations in my life and with my children. I have caught myself stopping and thinking about situations and how to respond to certain things in my life in different or better ways. I like that it took all aspects of parenting and co-parenting. It taught me how to respond to the co-parent in ways like e-mails that I never even thought about.

I also really liked the peer-reviewed videos explaining scientifically what is going on from a psychological and sociological perspective. It really helped frame the scope of what is typically going on in the family dynamic and what is normal vs. what is not.

I seemed to be quite familiar with a lot of the content of this class due to my experience coming from a family of divorce.
