I also liked that it gave communication tips and advice on how to create a parenting plan. This program acknowledged that certain environments are not suitable for children and that has been my feelings on it as well.

I think this course went over the basic skills and needs to proceed forward when dealing with a child and divorce so that the child is supported and also things to avoid to help stay away from negative impacts for all parties. The resources they used explained how to be a good parent in an organized manner.

This course was very informative and gave me real life examples that I might end up experiencing with my co parent, which makes it easier to apply to real life. This course was eye-opening in the sense that I may have not always responded appropriately to my co parent and gave me skills I can use to manage my reactions to my co parent. It also helped me understand the type of co-parent I have and how to better handle our co-parenting relationship so that way we remain as low conflict as possible.

Some things I really liked about this online parenting program were how honest and relatable it felt. It didn’t sugarcoat the challenges of co-parenting, especially after a breakup, but it also gave hope and real tools to help navigate it. I appreciated the focus on the children’s well-being and the reminders to keep their needs at the center of all decisions. The journaling prompts helped me reflect on my own actions and how I can grow, not just as a co-parent, but as a person. I also liked learning more about legal processes in a way that was easier to understand and not overwhelming.

This program helped me slow down and really reflect on my own behavior and communication patterns—especially in high-conflict moments. I appreciated how practical the tools were, like the BIFF responses and the emphasis on managing emotions. It also gave me a better understanding of how the court views co-parenting and what professionals are actually looking for when evaluating behavior. I liked that it didn’t just focus on legal strategy but also on how to actually protect and support my child emotionally through all of this.

Somethings I really liked about this program were: The chance to reflect on my own experiences as a parent and how they affect my child. It gave me space to slow down and really think about how I show up emotionally and practically. The focus on my child’s well-being - reminding me that even when co-parenting is hard, I can still create peace and stability for them on my end. I enjoyed the realistic and relatable topics, especially around managing conflict, setting boundaries and understanding emotional cycles after a breakup. The practical tools and worksheets that helped me organize my thoughts and create a plan I can actually follow moving forward. It reminded me that even in tough circumstances, I have the power to make healthy choices that shape my child’s future in a positive way.

I liked the different prospective that it has given me. I liked the tools & ideas to help me be a better co-parent.
