I really appreciated that the program focused on children's well-being and how to keep them out of parental conflicts. I learned concrete strategies for communicating better with the other parent and for developing a parenting plan that truly works for our child. I also liked that it addressed parental emotions and how to manage them, because it helped me understand that feeling anger or sadness is normal and that I can manage it without affecting my son. Furthermore, the course examples and materials, such as the videos and handouts, were clear and easy to apply to my daily life. It made me feel more prepared and confident in making decisions that benefit my child and in maintaining a positive and loving environment for him, even amidst changes.
