Creating Healthy Boundaries

June 11, 2026

Jared P.

This module was by far my favorite out of the three courses with OPP that I have now completed and the two others I am working through. I felt that it had easy-to-follow information that was to the point and did a great job in opening my eyes to how important establishing boundaries are to living a fulfilling and healthier life. It was not excessive with too many long and exhausting journal entries like I am finding with some of the other courses, which takes my attention away from learning new things. I really liked the video content to drive home these lessons, especially the last Ted Talk.
